Yeah I know, but if you're just an NT shop, upgrading to .NET is a pretty non-trivial task both in terms of investment and time!
I guess the irony of the whole .NET thing is that Lotus were dogged for years with accusations of being proprietary in their technology choices... so they move more and more towards open standards / technologies like HTML first, then JavaScript, XML, Java, CORBA, and so on.
Whilst MS crack on with ..NET, which whilst based on the "idea" of open standard web services, can be considerably removed from them. And what about the whole server infrastructure, VB .NET, C# etc. etc.?
But I digress.
